Events:

Tabou Events organises hedonistic parties in Offenbach. Our key focus is on dancing and making sure that you are able to live your hedonistic dreams.

There are 4 main types of party.

1. PLEASURE.

Focus is on underground electronic music. Here we expect guests to wear strictly Kinky outfits.

2.TABOU

This is the  party for Housemusic Lovers. The dresscode is elegant.

3.LUST.
At this event the music is mixed.
The outfit style is freaky, and Kinky.

4. YOUR SECRET
Kinky Party in other locations.

Our events are geared towards party oriented, wildly sociable, communicative people. The parties are not  for  the guy who wants to come to a party to score as many girls as possible.

The dresscode is extremely important. The door decides who meets the dresscode standards on the evening. Entry is never guaranteed.

Dresscode

Men’s dresscode Pleasure.

Owing to the fact that it is a very hot theme, here is a clarification of the men’s dresscode. Here is a repetition of one of my legendary posts.

Don’t be boring and look sexy.

Suit trousers, a shirt, a tied evening dickie bow, braces and flat cap are things that can be worn. But for single men this can be risky as it is often the entire presentation and body language that are important, too.

1920s retro look.
Smoking, evening jacket.
Gothic clothing.
Steampunk etc.

If someone arrives in a red suit and a black shirt, with black shoes, then this looks normally fantastic.

A bare chest with braces and suit trousers and a tied dickie bow also can look great.

When a guy has a well trained body. Then show it off in an outfit which meets the dresscode standard.

Your outfit shouldn’t be one that you wear to the office or supermarket without being stared at.

If you can visit grandma with the outfit on and she doesn’t say anything, then you are definitely not in party mode.

Lack, latex and leather clothing are very welcome. As well as Steampunk and outfits that are based on fantasy.

We were once at the Royal Dance in Milkersdorf and a guy wore a retro 70s sport outfit. Short trousers, 70s Puma trainers, sports socks. Yes he broke the dresscode rules but he looked so cool that we let him in.

The bottom line is we don’t want to see anyone who looks  boring   who looks like they have just left the office.

Be imaginative and creative with a touch of colorful fantasy.

The girls will love you.

General Informations

In order to reduce our waiting times we would like people  to arrive at the party with an old school, printed, party confirmation ticket. In the event you have no printer then show us your ticket on your mobile phone. This always takes more time for our reception personnel, however.

Please note that one can only pay the party entrance fee in cash. At the end of the evening you can pay your drinks bill with an EC card or cash. No credit cards.

CLOAKROOM
We have a cloakroom. We can all change in the large playroom from 21.00 until 22.00.The Garderobe accepts only cash. Each Item you wish to deposit in the cloakroom costs 2 Euros.

PLAYROOM.
In Grande Opera respect is our most important word. We have clear rules in the club.

We have respect for each other.

A closed door or curtain means it is closed to you.

Without any clear invitation, we must be at least 2 meters away from people who are playing.

There are 2 playrooms. One playroom is only available to couples,  single women and their guests.

Under no circumstances must any single man go into the playroom. If you go into play as a group or couple, stay  there as a group or couple until you leave.

Single men will be ejected from the playroom and may be asked to leave the club. This is at management’s discretion, depending on the circumstances.

At the beginning of the evening you will receive a drinks card with a number on it. Each drink ordered will be put on the card. At the end of the evening you show your card and pay where you came into the club.

There is a drinks price list at the bar.

Parking

There exists the possibility to park outside the Hassia Water Works which is where Grande Opera is located. However the parking spaces are limited.
Please be warned the parking spaces with MP written on them are not to be parked in. These spaces are private and cars parked there will be towed away, day or night. At your cost.

There is a parking center at Waldstrasse 44 which is only a few minutes walk from GO.

There is also a new parking center in Christian Pless Strasse some 39 meters away dfrom Grande Opera.

We do have some guests who travel with a campervan. However, Offenbach is a city with few possibilities to park large vehicles. We do not feel able to offer any recommendations in this context.
